Role Overview:
- Act as the operating system for marketing delivery, owning end-to-end campaign execution across Growth, Creative, Clinical, and Ops.
- Ensure launches stay on schedule, creative briefs are clear, and paid/organic/CRM workstreams remain untangled.
What You'll Own:
- Campaign delivery from brief to launch to post-mortem, including digital ads, email, landing pages, and UGC.
- Stakeholder communication to keep Growth, Paid, Clinical, and Regulatory in sync at all times.
- AI-augmented marketing ops such as automated status updates, brief generation, and competitive monitoring.
Requirements & Nice to Haves:
- 4+ years in marketing ops, project management, or campaign management at a DTC, SaaS, or health brand.
- Hands-on experience with AI tooling and familiarity with platforms like Asana, Notion, or Monday.com.
- Nice to have: telehealth background, HIPAA/FTC awareness, or experience working with paid media buyers and creative directors.
