You will be responsible for driving member sign-up and engagement with Garner, including optimizing existing marketing channels + launching new marketing channels & tactics. You will own building reporting and processes to better understand marketing performance by client, channel, and campaign. This is a high-impact role at the heart of their growth engine.
As the Director of AI Strategy, you will serve as a thought leader and strategist, guiding the integration of AI across our outbound marketing operations—including campaign automation, personalization, customer segmentation, content generation, search optimization, media buying, and performance analytics. You’ll partner with cross-functional leaders to embed AI-first thinking across teams, build key capabilities, and ensure our marketing strategy is agile, data-informed, and future-ready.
