  • Define, optimize, and scale end-to-end processes supporting Fictiv’s export-controlled and federally funded services.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations (EAR and ITAR), NIST 800-171, CMMC requirements, and applicable FAR/DFARS clauses.
  • Partner with leadership, Technology, Legal, Sales, Operations, Quality, and Finance to design compliant, audit-ready, and scalable workflows.
