What You’ll Do:
- Own the full hiring lifecycle From intake to offer, you’ll lead recruiting across a variety of roles—both technical and non-technical—ensuring a seamless and high-quality process.
- Act as a true talent advisor Partner closely with hiring managers to define profiles, align on strategy, and provide market insights that drive better hiring decisions.
- Build strong, diverse pipelines Use creative sourcing strategies, networking, and outreach to engage top talent before they’re even on the market.
What You Bring:
- 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience , ideally across multiple functions (Sales, Marketing, Ops, Customer Support, etc.)
- Technical recruiting experience is highly valued (Engineering, Product, IT, Data)
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth or startup environments
