About the Role:
- Play a vital role in recruiting for roles across Product, Design and Engineering teams.
- Support hiring managers by building recruiting capabilities, teaching them to leverage recruiting tools and best practices.
- Work with hiring managers to design recruiting strategies, helping them find creative ways to source talent.
What You'll Do:
- Track all search metrics and provide weekly updates to hiring managers.
- Design unbiased interview processes and sourcing strategies.
- Participate in recruiting events and cross-functional projects.
What You'll Need:
- 4+ years of technical recruiting experience at a fast scaling software company.
- Sourcing experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Github and Gem.
- Ability to move fast and focus on impact.
