Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on all project management activities from Initiation through Closure.
- Maintain project artifacts to PMO quality standards.
- Demonstrate leadership and communication skills to instill confidence in executive teams.
- Manage multiple projects across businesses and time zones, including international travel.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven success managing projects across multiple business functions.
- Proficiency in business analysis, critical thinking, and governance models.
- Experience with Smartsheet and/or MS Project.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Lean Six Sigma training or experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range $102,800 - $140,000 plus bonus.
