Define and develop project scope, schedules, and execution plans while identifying risks, constraints, and mitigation strategies.
Lead project meetings, document discussions, and ensure effective follow-up on actions and deliverables.

Requirements:

Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in project management, construction, real estate, architecture, or engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Postsecondary education in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management is preferred.
Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, and technical execution.
