Responsibilities:
- Oversee and project manage SSP team workflow, resources, and deadlines from start to finish.
- Maintain workflow process tools, implement sprint projects, and collaborate with other teams.
- Create spreadsheets, costing templates, and documents; manage calendar and resolve issues.
- Partner with leaders to identify growth opportunities and improve processes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Planning/Operations/Project Management, preferably in retail.
- Proven understanding of project management principles and ability to lead teams.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, formulas, and costing templates; travel required.
Work Environment:
- Remote role, open to candidates in North America only.
- Travel approximately 2 trips per quarter to stores and offices.
- Full-time, regular position with a focus on collaboration and inclusion.
