What This Role Involves:
- Drive complex retail marketing programs from inception to launch across Americas.
- Architect integrated roadmaps with Marketing, Sales, Creative, Operations, and external partners.
- Build scalable processes to streamline execution and optimize workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years in program management or retail marketing operations.
- Proven experience leading high-visibility product launches in consumer brands.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to drive alignment.
Where You’ll Work:
- Remote within the United States, supporting North America retail initiatives.
- Occasional travel may be required.
