About the Role:
- Lead store-level execution and brand experience across all retail locations.
- Report directly to the VP of Retail and drive business performance.
- Oversee talent acquisition, employee development, and operational standards.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and develop all Store Managers, including recruiting and training.
- Own regional sales goals and profitability targets.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance.
