Street Ops Program Manager

You will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are optimally positioned to meet rider demand, maximizing vehicle availability and minimizing rider wait times. As a Street Ops Program Manager, you will be the expert in the intersection of data, product and processes improvement, developing and implementing best in-class solutions, ensuring operational excellence, supporting our core business growth, creating and sharing best practices in synergy with Local Operations and our Tech Teams. The role involves optimizing vehicle positioning, empowering local business owners, building data-driven insights, identifying and solving operational challenges, streamlining reporting processes, driving continuous improvement, managing cross-functional stakeholder communication, and defining and tracking project success.
