Job Description
This role combines technical pre-sales expertise, Sourcing/Procurement SaaS solution architecture, and customer engagement to help our customers navigate and adopt Xometry’s digital manufacturing software solutions. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Product teams to identify customer needs, architect software-based solutions, and support strategic accounts with implementation guidance and technical insight. You will partner with Account Executives to support and close strategic SaaS deals and Customer Procurement integrations, translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable solution proposals, and deliver high-impact demos, proof-of-concept builds, and onboarding sessions. You will also lead technical discovery conversations and attend customer calls and site visits to build trusted technical relationships and serve as the voice of the customer to inform product and go-to-market strategies. You will provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on field insights.
