As a Demo Engineer at Cresta, you’ll play a mission-critical role in enabling our go-to-market team to tell compelling, credible, and technically sound stories about Cresta’s AI-powered platform—including real-time coaching, analytics, and virtual agent capabilities. You’ll build and manage the tools, environments, and synthetic scenarios that allow prospects to truly experience the value of our solution.
In this role, you will provide technical pre-sales expertise, Sourcing/Procurement SaaS solution architecture, and customer engagement to help customers navigate and adopt Xometry’s digital manufacturing software solutions. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Product teams to identify customer needs, architect software-based solutions, and support strategic accounts with implementation guidance and technical insight. You will be seconded to a major player in the insurance sector in a Salesforce CRM development team.
