About the Role:
- Support project managers on scope, contracting, schedule, budget, and quality control.
- Act as a key liaison between departments and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project documentation, contracts, purchase orders, and vendor onboarding.
- Own equipment inventory, purchasing, and logistics for specialized equipment.
- Track cost expenditures and support QA/QC documentation.
