Stakeholder Coordination
Project Delivery:
- Drive a culture of safety, quality, and best practices on all project aspects.
- Manage scope, schedule, and cost in accordance with project and stakeholder requirements.
Stakeholder Management:
- Manage project engineers, permitting consultants, and construction management teams.
- Coordinate with external contractors, site owners, and internal teams to resolve site-specific issues.
Financial Oversight:
- Manage RFP processes, change orders, and project cash flows.
- Provide executive status reports and evaluate key risks for stakeholders.
