Project Manager- Data Centers US Operations

About the role:

• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects from early planning and design through construction and final closeout, with an initial focus on data center development.
• You will coordinate clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects aligned with defined goals, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing project controls, procurement, contracts, documentation, and construction activities.
• Serve as a primary liaison among owners, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and city officials.
• Oversee budgets and schedules, analyze financial impacts, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, construction, real estate development, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of design and construction processes, including contract administration and stakeholder coordination.
