About the Role:
- You will lead the delivery of advanced data center portfolios, from concept through turnover.
- You'll represent the client, guide multidisciplinary teams, and ensure alignment with campus delivery objectives.
- This role is for someone who thrives on ownership and sets a high bar for delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage portfolio delivery, including due diligence, master planning, and oversight of contractors.
- Drive financial management: budgets, cost control, invoice approval, and change order resolution.
- Foster continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned and mentoring direct reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent data center experience required.
- 4+ years of project management experience in data center development or construction.
- Deep technical knowledge of critical infrastructure systems such as switchgear, chillers, and fire safety systems.
