Role Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning efforts, including defining scope, milestones, schedules, deliverables, and goals.
- Manage project execution from concept design through final issued-for-construction documentation.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary architecture and engineering teams to support large-scale data center campuses.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders through proactive communication.
- Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and coordination sessions to drive progress and accountability.
- Identify and address project risks, challenges, and opportunities while keeping stakeholders informed.
Financial and Quality Oversight:
- Manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, and support contract administration.
- Oversee development of engineering and architectural design packages, including drawings, models, and reports.
- Support quality management by coordinating technical reviews and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
