Role Overview:
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between client, insurer, and developer on design compliance matters.
- Manage open review items through to closure, ensuring timely resolution with project stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly status reports and maintain tracking matrices for open items across the portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in design management or technical project management in construction.
- Data center or mission critical experience preferred; familiarity with US building and fire codes required.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Additional Information:
- Based in San Francisco, US, with remote options available for qualified candidates.
- Occasional travel to project sites required.
- Salary range $160,000 - $180,000, with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
