Role Overview:
- This role focuses on developing detailed civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) estimates for complex data center facilities.
- You will support a high-profile client’s large-scale, multi-building data center campus program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support development and management of cost plans from concept through detailed design.
- Lead quantity takeoffs and cost checks for complex scopes.
- Present milestone cost updates and coordinate estimating activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-10 years’ experience in construction estimating or cost management on large-scale capital programs.
- Data center or mission-critical construction experience strongly preferred.
Additional Information:
- The base salary range is $125K-$145K.
- Comprehensive benefits package and bonus eligibility.
- Hybrid work schedule from San Francisco office; remote candidates considered.
