Key Responsibilities:
- Provide cost management services for hyperscale data center construction projects, acting as the key client interface.
- Estimate and negotiate change orders, develop cost plans, and manage cost variances throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead cost reporting, contractor negotiations, and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant cost management experience in construction, preferably in data center or mission-critical projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a client-facing role with remote and onsite travel.
