Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed cost plans and estimates through design and delivery phases for a multi-building, large-scale construction campus.
- Produce monthly cost reports, executive summaries, and funding information; coordinate cost data from design teams, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Lead review of contractor pricing, negotiate contract values, and manage change orders, post-contract variances, and contingency tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in construction cost management on medium to large-scale projects of moderate to high complexity.
- Data center construction or mission-critical experience strongly preferred; RICS accreditation or progress toward certification preferred.
Additional Information:
- Base salary range $130,000–$150,000 USD per year, plus potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits package.
- Remote work flexibility with preference for U.S. Central or Mountain time zones; travel required 25–50% of the time for onsite support.
- Must be physically based in the United States and legally authorized to work in the U.S.; remote work permitted only from within the U.S.
