Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the account expansion strategy to scale Strategic Accounts into Key Accounts with multi-service engagements.
- Oversee full client project portfolios and ensure operational excellence.
- Serve as executive point of escalation for project health and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in construction management, general contracting, or real estate development.
- Significant experience managing mission critical data center projects.
- Proven track record in account farming, revenue growth, and business development.
