Project Launch Manager - Data Center Construction

Role Summary:

• The Project Launch Manager handles the transition of data center deals from lease execution to construction mobilization.
• The role works with a client project lead, coordinates preconstruction, and manages open items to closure.
• This is a permanent position, with two to three sites typically held at different stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct deal intake and handover checks, ensuring all transfer items are documented.
• Lead project launch meetings and coordinate baseline schedules and cost reviews.
• Manage stakeholder interface and drive open items to documented closure within the launch window.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, data center delivery or development preferred.
• Knowledge of data center construction, project handover, and preconstruction coordination.
• Able to interpret schedule and cost reviews, lead meetings with senior stakeholders, and use MS Suite and Google Workspace.
