Senior Design Execution Project Manager

About the role:

• We are looking for a Senior Design Execution Project Manager to run design activities for Hyperscale Data Center construction.
• Serves as client's agent, consultant, advisor, and authorized owner's representative through all design phases until hand-off.
• Ideal candidate is comfortable facilitating large design coordination meetings with multiple design subject areas.

What you’ll do:

• Facilitate planning and kickoff workshops with internal & external stakeholders.
• Author scopes of work for contracts and gain buy-in from internal stakeholders.
• Provide health reporting on cost, schedule, scope and progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Professional licensure (PE, NCARB, RA) is strongly preferred or significant professional experience (+10 years).
• Prior experience with data center design and/or construction preferred.
