Stakeholder Engagement
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead critical client implementations, including benefits platform migrations and system transitions.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage Salesforce enhancement and release planning processes, including intake and prioritization.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Partner with Integration, Salesforce, Data & EDI, Account Management, and Contact Center teams.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive-level communications.
- Build alignment and consensus among cross-functional teams and leadership.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience; 5+ years of project management experience.
- Proven success leading system implementations, technology deployments, or data migration projects.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools.
