Role Overview:
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for benefits solutions, coordinating activities from initiation through launch.
- Serve as the primary client advocate, analyzing requirements and delivering tailored solutions for midsize clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and risks while collaborating with clients, brokers, and internal teams.
- Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into functional specifications and implementation plans.
- Support process improvements, documentation, and training initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of client service experience in the benefits industry with at least 1 year of special project support.
- Strong project management, communication, and consultative problem-solving skills.
- Experience with tools like Workfront and Monday.com.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range $60,000–$75,000 per year plus performance incentives.
