Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and act as a sponsor for multiple projects concurrently.
- Monitor project scope, cost, and deliverables to ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
- Resolve client escalations and manage program-wide issues to keep projects on schedule.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of project management experience or equivalent business management experience.
- 5+ years of direct VP+ level relationship management experience.
- Strong planning experience and project management certification preferred.
