Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of mission-driven clients, guiding them from onboarding to long-term success on the UpMetrics platform.
- Build genuine relationships with client teams and serve as a trusted advisor on impact measurement and data best practices.
- Drive revenue through renewals, expansions, and referrals while leading success planning and quarterly business reviews.
About You:
- Previous experience in client-facing roles such as account management, consulting, or customer success.
- Experience in the impact sector (foundations, nonprofits, impact investors) and strong project management skills.
- Highly self-motivated and able to own multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $105-130K annual salary plus variable compensation and equity incentive plan.
