About the Role:
- Byte&Kite is a digital marketing agency helping clients grow through digital marketing.
- As a Client Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of retained client relationships.
What You Will Do:
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and run regular business reviews.
- Manage client expectations, escalations, and scope changes proactively.
- Track account health and forecast renewals, including accounts at risk.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of account management experience, ideally in an agency or professional services environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple client relationships and retaining accounts.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
