Staff Project Engineer - Grid Scale Remote Project Delivery

Role Overview:

• Project Engineers report to the Project Engineering Manager and deliver solutions based on linear generator technology for large grid-scale sites.
• This role focuses on deployments of 10MW and above, connecting directly to the grid or serving large data centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical definition, equipment selection, and integration across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Provide technical support for interconnection, permitting, and grid code compliance.
• Guide design packages, approve variances, and support commissioning and energization.

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of project or power systems engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of medium-voltage distribution, protection, SCADA, and power plant interoperability.
• Familiarity with IEEE, NERC, FERC, and regional grid codes, plus power system study tools.

Compensation & Culture:

• Salary range $135,265-$159,135, remote position with stock options and benefits.
