About the Role:
- We are seeking a Senior BESS Engineer to lead the design and engineering of battery energy storage systems.
- This role provides strategic direction and technical oversight for utility-scale solar and storage projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical SME for BESS engineering scopes, guiding project teams and ensuring compliance with contracts and standards.
- Lead design reviews, coordinate with third-party engineers, and support procurement and construction activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of BESS or power systems experience.
- Expert knowledge of codes, standards, and grid interconnection requirements, with PE license preferred.
