Regional Operations & Maintenance Manager US Operations

Role Overview:

• Lead a regional portfolio of utility-scale BESS assets with accountability for safety, reliability, availability, and commercial performance.
• Manage day-to-day operations, preventive and corrective maintenance, and vendor/OEM performance.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead and develop regional project managers, technicians, and contractors through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Provide 24/7 operational leadership and act as senior on-call authority for incidents, safety events, and critical disruptions.
• Deliver contractual performance targets and implement maintenance programs to maximize asset lifecycle value.

Technical Focus:

• Analyze SCADA, EMS, BMS, and operational data for troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and permanent corrective actions.
• Manage battery health strategies, warranty claims, commissioning, outage planning, and lifecycle optimization.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, electrical, environmental, and interconnection requirements.
