Technical Expertise and Client Engagement:
- Serve as primary technical contact for 250-350 MW distributed solar portfolio.
- Review service reports and join weekly client calls to provide technical expertise.
- Build strong relationships with clients, field partners, and internal teams.
Operational Support and Field Coordination:
- Investigate issues using monitoring platforms and initiate performance improvements.
- Manage tickets for planned and unplanned service activities.
- Coordinate with field service partners and external engineering firms for retrofits.
Battery Storage and Continuous Improvement:
- Own technical aspects of Commercial BESS program including sales and operations.
- Contribute to SOPs and QA/QC program updates.
- Support sales and product development initiatives.
