Your Impact:
- You will lead the operational health and scalable execution of the Community Connect program across Axon's U.S. customer base and international footprint.
- You will establish operating discipline and maintain visibility into program performance, risks, and dependencies.
- You will serve as a program-level escalation resource, coordinating with cross-functional teams to remove blockers.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with PSO leadership to implement scalable workflows, documentation, and reporting.
- Support work-order management, deployment planning, and technical troubleshooting for hardware and network issues.
- Develop and maintain playbooks, training materials, and knowledge resources for consistent team execution.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years in customer-facing technical deployments.
- Working knowledge of hardware, networking, and connectivity concepts.
- Experience with CRM and project management tools like Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Jira.
