Project Leadership
Project Leadership:
- Serve as Lead Electrical Engineer and Engineer of Record on projects.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and technical quality.
- Provide regular status updates and coordinate with clients, utilities, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Technical Expertise:
- Design power distribution systems (medium voltage preferred), emergency power, grounding, lightning protection, and lighting.
- Conduct power system studies and analysis using AGi32, SKM Power Tools, or equivalent.
- Apply knowledge of NEC, IEEE, NEMA, NFPA, building codes, and ASHRAE standards.
Team Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of 1-3 electrical engineers and designers.
- Support proposal development and cultivate client relationships.
- Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams using virtual tools.
