Transmission Engineering Lead (PE)

Technical Leadership & Project Management:

• Lead multiple transmission projects from planning through construction and commissioning.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and engineering cost estimates.

Engineering & Design:

• Perform system-wide planning studies and assessments for transmission capacity and reliability.
• Develop and approve (PE-seal) complete transmission designs, including plan and profile drawings.
• Prepare equipment specifications and construction requirements in accordance with client needs.

Client & Field Support:

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with utility clients and contractors.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, assisting with best practices and infrastructure modernization.
• Provide field engineering support during construction, commissioning, and emergency response.

Team Leadership:

• Mentor, train, and develop engineers and technical staff to build a high-performing team.
• Foster collaboration and technical excellence within the Power Engineering team.
• Support business development and process improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
