Group Leader, Power

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee transmission line engineering teams, ensuring client deliverables and business requirements are met.
• Lead transmission line design projects using PLS-CADD, develop design criteria, and prepare construction packages.
• Provide strategic input to leadership, mentor team members, and support business development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in transmission line design.
• In-depth knowledge of NESC, IEEE, and PLS-CADD proficiency.
