Job Overview:
- This role involves leading a team of substation engineers and designers on high-profile energy projects.
- The position supports utilities, renewable energy developers, and data center clients across North and South America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of substation engineers to deliver successful projects from planning through construction support.
- Build strong relationships with clients and partner with regional leadership to grow the business.
- Drive technical excellence, quality, safety, and innovation across all projects.
Qualifications:
- Requires BS/BA +12 years of experience with at least 4 years in a leadership or practice-building capacity.
- Preferred candidates have extensive substation engineering experience, a PE license, and strong communication skills.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
