New Substation Engineering Group Leader - Specialty Projects

What You'll Do:

• Lead, develop, and grow a team of engineers, designers, project managers, and technical leaders focused on specialty substation projects.
• Drive group performance, resource allocation, utilization, and financial objectives.
• Build and strengthen relationships with mission critical, data center, industrial, and private-sector clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 8+ years of substation engineering experience.
• 4+ years of experience leading and/or mentoring teams within an engineering consulting or infrastructure environment.
• Strong business acumen with experience winning work, managing staffing, and achieving operational goals.
