Responsibilities:
- Oversee all engineering activities related to land preparation for data center construction, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with contracted companies to facilitate installation of solar, water, and fiber utilities.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, develop plans, timelines, and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or related) with 5+ years experience, 3 in leadership.
- Proven experience in land development and utility coordination for large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy systems, particularly solar, and data center infrastructure.
Compensation:
- Salary range of $160,000 to $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
- Remote work opportunity with travel up to 50% of the time.
