Role Overview:
- Plan, direct, and execute multiple moderate-to-large scale projects for data center site development.
- Lead cross-functional teams and build trust with clients, communities, and regulatory entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive due diligence, zoning, permitting, entitlement, and offsite infrastructure processes.
- Identify land opportunities and deliver risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or Urban Planning plus 8 years of experience.
- Experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects.
