Senior Manager, Site Selection

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a Senior Manager of Site Selection to identify, evaluate, and deliver new data center sites across the U.S.
• This role involves driving the process from site identification through acquisition and early-stage development, collaborating cross-functionally.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate data center opportunities across U.S. and Americas markets, conducting due diligence on power, zoning, and regulatory factors.
• Support lease negotiations and commercial structuring in partnership with Real Estate and Legal.
• Manage high-volume project pipelines, track deal progression, and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data center site selection, infrastructure development, or commercial real estate.
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. and Americas data center markets, utility infrastructure, and regional regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple concurrent deals and communicating complex information effectively.
