Support the Director of Colocation Leasing in securing leased data center capacity across the US.
Keep the colocation deal workflow moving from screening through LOI, negotiation, and internal approval.
Balance multiple concurrent deals and turn complex commercial terms into clear recommendations.

What You'll be Doing:

Screen opportunities against technical and commercial criteria and maintain the deal pipeline.
Draft LOIs and term sheets, support contract negotiation, and coordinate technical diligence.
Assemble approval packages and track key dates and milestones across executed leases.

About You:

3-5 years of experience in data center colocation, commercial real estate leasing, or infrastructure transactions.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
Able to work independently, prioritize across deals, and communicate complex terms clearly.
