Role Overview:
- Serve as the Owner's Representative for pre-development of mission critical data center projects.
- Drive planning efforts to achieve schedule certainty, cost predictability, and speed-to-market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead site selection, due diligence, entitlement, and permitting activities.
- Coordinate utility providers and infrastructure planning.
- Manage consultants and align stakeholders on scope and risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years managing large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of data center development and utility requirements.
- Excellent project management and executive communication skills.
