Focused on overseeing the end-to-end execution and continuous improvement of our sales playbook, reporting, analytics, and tech stack. This cross-functional role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other departments to ensure that our sales teams have the tools, content, training, and resources they need to successfully execute, drive results, and achieve their goals.

This role is a part of the Verra Command Center team responsible for remote technical support and oversight of roadside monitoring and enforcement implementations across the United States and parts of Canada. The Associate Operations Technician is responsible for learning remote troubleshooting, site and roadside monitoring and general uptime for devices managed by the VCC. In this role you will be dedicated to keeping our clients roadside network devices online and operating at peak efficiency. This is an entry level position for Operations work in the VCC.
