Operational Supplier Management:
- Control commissioned suppliers in day-to-day business.
- Monitor performance indicators, supplier results, and deadlines.
- Identify performance deviations and initiate countermeasures.
Demand and Order Management:
- Commission internal and external service providers.
- Coordinate scope of services with departments and procurement.
- Accompany order and commissioning processes.
Governance and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Support audits and compliance checks.
- Assist in implementing regulatory requirements.
Process and Quality Management:
- Identify and implement optimization potentials.
- Develop supplier management processes.
- Prepare key figures and status reports.
