Director, Procurement

About the Role:

• Lead and elevate the company's procurement function end to end, from sourcing strategy to supplier negotiations.
• Own enterprise spend across technology, SaaS, and professional services while partnering with executive leadership.
• Act as a player-coach, balancing strategy with hands-on execution to build a scalable, high-performing team.

What You'll Do:

• Drive total cost of ownership and spend analysis to uncover savings and set annual procurement targets.
• Build strategic supplier partnerships with performance metrics, scorecards, and regular business reviews.
• Strengthen procurement policies, governance, and controls including vendor risk and compliance.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, including 3+ years in a Director-level role.
• Deep expertise sourcing technology spend, including SaaS licensing and professional services.
• Proven ability to build scalable procurement processes and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
