Director of Supply Chain

Role Overview:

• Hands-on leader building scalable processes while executing day-to-day operations.
• Owns procurement, co-manufacturing management, inventory, and commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic sourcing and procurement of ingredients, packaging, and contract manufacturing services.
• Own inventory strategy, safety stock, and co-manufacturer relationships.
• Oversee commercialization from development handoff through first production.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years in supply chain leadership at an emerging or high-growth CPG brand.
• FMCG experience with sweet and salty snacks required; NetSuite and Excel preferred.
