SDE II - AI Tooling

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer II (SDE II) with 2–4 years of experience, including hands-on involvement in at least one AI/ML/NLP-based project. This role focuses on building intelligent internal systems that leverage AI to automate complex workflows and enhance internal efficiencies. You will be working at the intersection of backend engineering, machine learning, and platform design—crafting intelligent systems that support business operations at scale. As an SDE II, you will design, develop, and maintain AI-powered internal tools that drive automation and operational intelligence. You will also build and integrate machine learning or NLP components to extract insights and drive decision-making across systems, while collaborating cross-functionally with product, data, and operations teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements.
